You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that could damage or impair it for others.

Any quote we provide through the site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Bookings are accepted only when we confirm, and availability can change. Promotional offers such as free carpet cleaning for two rooms apply only to qualifying thorough, one-off or end-of-tenancy cleans as described at the time of booking.
