01 / Project
A complete reset.
A complete reset. A two-bedroom flat in Ilford prepared for handover through a full end-of-tenancy clean.
The Brief
A heavily used two-bedroom flat with greasy cupboard fronts, marked internal doors, and a vanity basin stained with limescale and grime.
The Approach
Cupboard fronts degreased, doors and frames wiped through, bathroom fittings descaled, then surfaces checked against a handover standard.
The Result
A clean, calm flat ready for its next occupants and the deposit inspection.
